Scope
“MBN” is a networking and electronic bidding site. Data transmitted on this site has been uploaded by “Administrators” and “Customers.” Administrator data is information collected by “MBN” as part of customer and vendor management and for customer service operational purposes. This data includes names, address and phone numbers collected from registration sign up. Customer data is information loaded by our account users. This is information that you provide and may include but is not limited to “Your Account” information such as, your name, address, phone, email, account image, logo, trademark or personal image identifier, pictures, data, files or plans. “MBN” is committed to making sure that each account is authentic; however, we are not responsible for the authenticity or ownership of customer data. MBN is a networking site. Use of this site and initiation of communication with other users, you acknowledge and agree that you are consenting to the continuous release of information about you to others.

What information is shared?
Government, Business and residential account holders are able to disclose to other account holders, their name, account image, project address and uploaded project data. Email address and phone numbers are not shared with other account holders.
Vendor accounts are considered “Public” and their contact and business information will be visible to other account holders. Vendor business information includes phone numbers, web address, address and contact information and services. Government accounts will have access to additional procurement information provided through vendor profiles.

E-bidding
“MBN” provides electronic infrastructure for facilitating project data exchange and bid submission. Submission of quotes and acceptance of bids are agreements between account users. Acceptance of bid submission does not constitute a legal contract acceptance. All account users must protect themselves with a written contract.

Collection of your Personal Information
“MBN” may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name. If you purchase “MBN”‘s products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future. Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by “MBN”. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the “MBN” website.
